Our Service is designed with privacy-first principles and includes enterprise-grade security features such as end-to-end encryption, zero-retention options, and comprehensive audit logging.

Service Modifications
We may modify, update, or discontinue features of our Service with reasonable notice. We will not materially reduce core functionality without providing alternatives or migration paths.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
- Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim

Termination

Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of Florida, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration in Jacksonville, Florida, except for claims that may be brought in small claims court.

We may update these Terms periodically. We will notify you of material changes through email or prominent notice on our Service. Your continued use after such notice constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
